The first phase of a project is planning. We begin the design of a project by considering two main parameters: the client's needs and the way the functionality of these needs will be designed. Particular attention is paid to the particularities of the environment and the respective area as well as to the characteristics of the plot.
The process our company follows is as follows:
Architectural preliminary study: before starting the design of a project, our team knows the space / plot where the project will be built and proceeds to capture the existing situation. It is informed about the building conditions, the peculiarities of the environment as well as some basic characteristics of the plot, such as the slope of the ground, its location and orientation. At the same time, he investigates how the principles of energy efficiency and bioclimatic design can be applied to the project.
Communication with the client: before the design starts, the first meetings are held with the owner / client, where his wishes and needs are recorded, opinions are exchanged on the design and aesthetics of the future property, and then our team creates sketches and drafts that will help the client understand how the property will be built.
When the drafts are agreed with the client, our team proceeds to the next phase which is the preparation of the architectural study.
